Recommandations

To target weight loss, take 3 capsules daily, 1 capsule with each meal, with a glass of water. To target cholesterol, take 9 capsules daily, 3 capsules with each meal, with a large glass of water.
The capsules should be consumed 1 hour to 30 minutes before a meal.
