It is composed of Cluster Dextrin® which is the labeled form of cyclic dextrin to which glycerol (hydroprime®) and other ingredients have been added to provide the best source of carbohydrate during exercise and to support cellular hydration.

Recommendations

Take one serving (30.8 g) mixed with 500-700 ml of water and drink slowly before and during your workout.
