DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 2.00 pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Delivery times in mainland France are estimated at between 24 and 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For orders to European countries, delivery times are estimated at between 2 and 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on the destination country.

Fitness World Nutrition provides deliveries in the following geographical areas: Metropolitan France, Corsica, European Union member states, Switzerland, Norway.

Each time you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail, followed by a second e-mail with your shipping confirmation, including your order tracking number.

DELIVERY CHARGES

In metropolitan France, the cost of delivery for orders under €90 is €3.90 to a relay point and €5.90 to your home. For orders over 90€, delivery to a relay point is free. Fitness World Nutrition reserves the right to modify this cost over a short period or to cancel them. This modification does not require any notice to the site's customers.

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. The item must be in its original packaging, unopened and untried. Any product that has been opened, partially consumed, damaged, etc. will not be accepted for return. cannot be returned.

To return a product, you must send it by mail to : Fitness world nutrition, chez supplyweb, zac de la delle du clos neuf, 14840, Démouville.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
