Recommendations
Taking this dietary supplement will depend on your cycles.
If you have regular cycles: take 2 to 3 capsules a day from day 14 (ovulatory period) to day 1 of your period.
If your cycles are irregular: Take 2 to 3 capsules a day 15 days after your last period for 10 to 15 days.
